Lemon Avocado Sauce
A super simple creamy sauce you can put on anything from salad to pasta. It's zesty, creamy, and will make your mother proud you're eating something green.
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
- Squeeze the lemon juice from the lemon into a blender or food processor
- Scoop out the 2 avocados into the dish
- Dash some salt and pepper into the mixture
- Blend/Process the mixture until well mixed and creamy
- Throw a dallop on pasta or salad and enjoy!
